Role description:
The Senior Planning Engineer's primary objective is to support the project management team in the design, planning, and execution of mixed-use developments by providing management with critical, decision-making information that ensures projects deliver on time and on budget.

The incumbent will be responsible for executing the cost and schedule management program for assigned project(s). Support planning efforts at various stages, facilitate development of cost estimates and budgets, and establish reasonable cost and schedule baselines. They will also be responsible for establishing change management practices to appropriately capture associated cost and schedule activities and developing dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams in real time.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a reputable project management consultancy.
- Expert in planning/scheduling using Primavera software.
- Experience preferably on large scale mixed-use developments (hotel, retail and residential buildings)
- Ability to lead and update project controls effort within an operational area of the business to meet organizational objectives
- Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures and ability to implement cost management work processes on projects
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management
- Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
