As a Solution Delivery Design Head, you will be accountable for defining creative strategy and vision of the best way of delivering and designing the banks’ solutions. You should establish processes and practices for realizing this vision and set the standards for outcomes and AA solutions’ design quality.

You will also contribute to the design, conception and development of the deliverables and experience principles, and ensure that those are appropriately understood and executed by the implementation teams.

In this position, you will be working closely and competing with the other teams within the department to ensure covering and over-arching the overall Solution design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the area of AA Solution Delivery Design Section activities
- Work closely with the other heads within the CoE sections to ensure alignment and complementarity in the delivery
- Create prototypes, stories and storyboards
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Find creative ways to solve design problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Define the right outputs and evaluate their success
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Creating and editing visual content including maps, charts, and graphs
- Transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals
- Providing visual, technical and editorial guidance
- Working closely with the communications team to help promote the developed content including reports, briefs, commentary and visual data

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar field
- Experience as a Solution Architect, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- English: Excellent

**Technical knowledge areas**:

- Managerial skills
- Design thinking
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative and analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills
