**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Review and verify all measurements submitted by the contractor for accuracy and compliance with the project’s specifications and standards.
- Inspect the contractor’s work to confirm that leveling, alignment, and layout conform to the approved drawings and design.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor the contractor’s surveying activities and ensure all benchmarks and reference points are properly set.
- Identify and report any discrepancies between contractor measurements and the design plans, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Collaborate with the consultancy team, contractors, and other site personnel to resolve any technical issues related to land surveying.
- Provide technical advice and support during site meetings to ensure accurate interpretation of survey data.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all site surveys, inspections, and measurements for the project file.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on the progress of surveying activities, highlighting any deviations from the project specifications.
- Ensure all surveying activities on-site are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards, minimizing risks during site supervision.
- Regularly inspect and calibrate surveying instruments to maintain precision and reliability during site supervision tasks.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in land surveying, with a strong background in site supervision and verification of contractor’s work.
- Significant experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
