As a Lead cementing engineer, you will be involved in cementing operations management and client engagement

As a Lead Cementing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Providing planning and guidance for cementing jobs to ensure your team have the correct instructions and equipment
- Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support “Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increase, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
- Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done.
- Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Works based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have minimum 8 to10 years’ experience in Pressure Pumping Cementing Services
- Be fluent in English
- Have Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
