**Job Summary**:

- To manage the departmental operations for including but not limited to setting risk context; performing risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate risk; and developing risk treatment plans in order to keep the residual risk exposure within the tolerable limits set by the leadership.
- To support in defining department’s objectives and formulation of Risk strategy; implement good governance around department’s affairs as well as promote risk culture across the company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

**Strategic Contribution**
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of GRC & legal function to deliver the company's vision and mission.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the GRC & legal function and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy.

**Budgeting - **Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

**3. Governance** - Support in setting-up and implementing good governance around risk management department including development, update and implementation of risk management policies and procedures, risk management framework and risk management strategy.

**, Analysis and Evalution**:

- ** Risk Identification** - Conduct workshops on periodic basis with relevant stakeholders to identify, recognize and describe risks that might help or prevent the company from achieving its objectives and Maintain and update the risk registers in coordination with designated GRC partners from each function/department.
- ** Risk analysis** - Perform risk analysis by comprehending the nature of risk and its characteristics with a detailed consideration of uncertainties, risk sources, consequences, likelihood, events, scenarios, controls and their effectiveness.
- ** Risk evaluation** - Engage with stakeholder to support business decisions comparing the results of the risk analysis with the established risk criteria to determine where additional action is required.

**5. Risk monitoring and reporting**
- Prepare risk reports for different levels of management as per the reporting and escalation mechanism.
- Develop and monitor key risk indicators for identified risk.
- Design and maintain risk reporting dashboards.

**Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures**
- Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**

**Qualification**:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial science or any related field and Professional certification (i.e. CA, ACCA, CIA, GRCPA, or CRMA etc. is Preferred).

**Experience**: 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
