Microstrategy Developer

**Required Information**:

- **Required Technical Skill Set**: Microstrategy, Teradata, SQL, Hadoop
- **Desired Experience Range**: 5+ years

**Must-Have**:

- Extensive experience in Microstrategy development (dashboards and reports), architecture, and design
- Proficient in databases such as Teradata, Oracle, and MySQL
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Good-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with Single Store and Hadoop
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- Understanding of Microstrategy SDK and APIs
- Experience with other BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica or Alteryx
- Knowledge of UX/UI design tools like Adobe XD and Figma

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Microstrategy BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microstrategy BI solutions, providing technical support to end-users.
- Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and user experience.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Microstrategy-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Microstrategy BI solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microstrategy features and functionality, providing recommendations for process improvements.
