As a Civil Architectural Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural projects, adhering to industry standards and regulations. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of civil architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Review architectural plans, drawings, and blueprints to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship, identifying any deviations from approved plans or specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams regarding best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate project updates, recommendations, and resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Civil Architectural Inspector or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to civil architecture.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
