- Review the PO sourcing report to ensure the Items are being sourced from the correct new buy
- Coordinate with 3PL / WCS / BU team in regard to the daily delivery
- Operational performance and quarterly business review
- Reviewing 3PL invoices
- Preparing of the monthly Warehouse accrual report
- Regular operational review and meeting with the 3PL
- Discuss and resource operational issues with the 3PL
- Handling complaints issue from the customers ( lost, damages, etc..)
- Work daily with the 3PL to ensure the smooth daily operation is taking place.
- Perform system training for the 3PL
- Manage 3PL system access and login
- Review the inventory adjustment requests and once approved perform the adjustment in SMC
- Make sure the Splus to SMC daily inventory is accurate
