Our client is a well-established project management company in Saudi Arabia. Their projects are designed with environmentally friendly practices in mind, incorporating energy-efficient features and promoting community living.

As the **PMO Director**, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across KSA. Your role will involve managing the PMO teams and supporting Regional Project Directors, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of real estate projects.

**Main Objectives**:

- Develop and implement the PMO's strategic plan, aligning it with the overall strategy.
- Define project management methodologies and standards for the organization.
- Maintain project governance processes to ensure project compliance and risk mitigation.
- Prioritize and manage the company's project portfolio, ensuring resource allocation and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project reporting and communication plans.
- Lead and manage the PMO team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the PMO.
- Build strong relationships with Project Directors and stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and tools.
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance project performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the PMO's effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear project updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ Years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or any related field.
- Proven experience in a senior PMO role, preferably within PMC or real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple projects.
- PMP Certified, any other related certifications are PLUS.

**Salary**: ﷼12,609.73 - ﷼24,551.96 per month
