**We are currently looking for an experienced florist who will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
- Select and prepare fresh flowers and greenery for arrangements, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and storage facilities.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on floral care and maintenance.
- Process and fulfill online orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new floral designs and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to floral handling.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of various floral arrangements, techniques, and flower care.
- Creative and artistic with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in floral design are a plus.
