**Roles and responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for client and visitor inquiries or emergencies
- Chair weekly event meetings with the hospitality team
- Maintain documentation up to date and ensure all visitors comply with health and safety
- Assisting in the preparation of private and public events held on site
- Support the Hall Manager in organizing, planning and managing events and functions.
- Oversee and monitor the unit's financial performance and maintain costs within predetermined budgets.
- Supervise supportive people such as the host and volunteers
- Preparing reports for the events after their completion
- Ensure the readiness of equipment, furniture, food and beverages
**skills**
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Hardworking and flexible, willing to learn, open-minded and friendly
- Positive attitude, passion for the role and commitment to excellence
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
**Working time will be in the evening period most of the time**
