**What You Will Do**

As a RAN Solution Architect, your role will encompass:

- **End-to-End Solutions Design**:Scope, define, and design comprehensive technical solutions, driving forward the delivery of end-to-end (E2E) offerings.
- **Customer-Focused Analysis**:Analyze the customer’s technological landscape, define their business needs, and engage in risk analysis to ensure project success.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**:Work closely with the core team to identify opportunities for potential activities and craft tailored solutions.
- **Present & Persuade**:Develop compelling technical presentations, proposals, and lead customer presentations, positioning yourself as a key advisor in technological decision-making.
- **Leadership & Vision**:Stay ahead of the curve in technological evolution and act as a trusted leader, influencing technology decisions with foresight and expertise.
- **Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship**:Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing to support customer competence development.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**:Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.

**What You Will Bring**

We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings the following skills and experience:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any engineering field or relevant experience
- **Domain Expertise**:5+ years of experience in RAN (Radio Access Networks) & Network Design Optimization (NDO), with a strong background in solution architecture.
- **5G Experience**:Hands-on experience in 5G technologies is essential.
- **Consultative Selling Ability**:Proven expertise in consultative selling, offering strategic solutions aligned with customer needs.
- **Creative Problem Solver**:A creative thinker who enjoys solving complex problems with innovative, practical solutions.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to drive partnerships and deliver customer-focused results.
- **Commercial Minded**:Goal-oriented with strong commercial acumen, always focused on delivering results that exceed expectations.
- **Financial Understanding**:Ability to understand the financial aspects of technical solutions, ensuring profitability for both the company and the customer.
- **Innovative & Forward-Thinking**:Passionate about modern technologies and driven by a desire to simplify and innovate in everything you do
