**Job Description and Qualifications**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Civil Cryo supervisor Green Hydrogen Element Project - NEOM, KSA**

**PURPOSE and SCOPE**

Key responsibilities of this position are to provide leadership of internal construction activities. He/She seamlessly will coordinate with all site disciplines for the various interface throughout project lifecycle starting from early construction phase all the way through commissioning.
- Specific Job Functions of this position are:

- Responsible for all safety related construction activities
- Coordinates craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules while adhering to budget constraints.
- Monitors fabrication activities to ensure high work efficiency and that quality and689= workmanship meet project standards and specifications.
- Analyzes and provides advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems.
- Schedules work activities and manpower requirements to meet required completion dates.
- Monitors work activities to ensure that craft personnel adhere to good safety standards.
- Delegate to field supervisors such functional responsibilities for craft supervision and construction control that are appropriate and supervise their performance.
- To take necessary action in case any lapse and/or lagging
- Supervises and coordinates with contractors to achieve the Project Overall Safety Goal
- Attends meetings with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to review work site progress on a weekly basis or more frequent as required.

The position requires at a minimum:
- Must be able to work outdoors for an extended period.
- Develops both an understanding and a working knowledge of all aspects of the contract.
- Ensures that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures that this material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
- Maintains effective schedule and cost control within assigned field functions of the project and ensures adherence to these practices.
- Plans required work activities to ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are available.
- Diploma or trade qualification, or 5 + years relevant experience in construction Management.
