**Procurement & Supply Chain Manager - Construction - Saudi Arabia**
Founded in 2006 to seize the opportunities brought by the rapid technological advancements in the KSA market. With the convergence of construction and telecom services, and the growing demand for modern smart buildings.
**Job Purpose**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee the procurement process for the organization, ensuring that all goods and services are purchased at the best possible price and delivered on time. The Procurement Manager will also be responsible for managing the vendor selection process and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work with stakeholders to determine their procurement needs and identify potential suppliers which can cover business lines.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and take appropriate action if necessary.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the organization receives optimal value.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
- Lead and manage contracts and agreements with all vendors and partners.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in telecom and contracting business is preferable.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good command in both English and Arabic Language
- Preferred Saudi National
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
