**Responsibilities**
- Act as a strategic partner across the business, proactively representing, directing, and consulting across varied projects in order to capitalize on the interest and upcoming boom in entertainment within the MENA region for Cinemas, Kids &Family Entertainment, Specialty Attractions (Entertainment Centers), Entertainment Sports, and Boulevard for live shows and events.
- Participate in leading growth & expansion plan for the entire entertainment business.
- Participate in leading strategic initiatives and provide advisory services to organizations in improving productivity and overall performance in the media and entertainment sector.
- Participate in analyzing & developing the business's goals and direction and ensure that practices align with company objectives and make action plans to improve practices to increase performance and market share.
- Participate in managing Technical Services, Entertainment Operations, and Entertainment and Marketing departments. - Responsible for the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all entertainment offerings in our centers including shows, games atmosphere & character entertainment, and seasonal, special & client events.
- Participate in developing annual financial and capital budgets for the department and assist in the development and management of overall labor budget and management.
- Be responsible for executing strategic short-term and long-term plans that align with companies’ strategies. - Actively pursue global entertainment industry trends for evaluation and consideration
- Support Business Development teams in pre-sales, cross-selling products, and services, and identify new business opportunities within existing clients, build and maintain client relationships.
- Lead the creation of Entertainment propositions where required to drive the creation of new products and services. - Develop market overviews, create competitive landscapes, and support the evaluation of potential new business cases, partnerships, and other strategic growth initiatives.
- Guide & plans event and book promoters and entertainers for a given establishment.
- Negotiate contracts for entertainers, plan and oversees event operations and staff, create, stick to a budget for each event, and ensure a positive experience for guests.
- Manage & evaluate guest flow and improve operating hours and show/activity schedules
- Participate and provide feedback on corporate projects (new character event development, training tools, etc)
- Responsible for personnel related matters including; recruitment and hiring, performance management, disciplinary action, training, etc.
- Elevate & perform all branded experiences consistently according to Family Tradition procedures.
- Responsible for all aspects of Character Appearances and Entertainment at the property
- Provide support to all necessary community appearances. This includes, but is not limited to sponsors, charities, tradeshow, media, and private functions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in related fields such as Entertainment, Hospitality.
- Charismatic, enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with mínimal direction
- Proven teamwork skills.
- 15 to 20 years of related work experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent management, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Entertainment industry across GCC market.
