**Description**:

We seek a highly motivated Research Technician to join our Technology Consortium, ENERCOMP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing research & technology projects in this consortium.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of NDT technology research projects for inspection of composites.
- Execute NDT technical tasks and analyze data.
- Support the development of an internationally recognized experimental platform on NDT and Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) for composite, as well as maintenance and training on this platform.

**ENERCOMP** is a technology consortium on Composite Asset Performance in Energy Applications. It aims at increasing confidence and enabling further penetration of composite materials in the Energy sector by availing new technologies for integrity management. Its mission is to develop innovative integrity management solutions through collaborations with industry and academia by translating fundamental research into deployable technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- BS or MS level in mechanics or related fields.
- Experience as a Technician in NDT techniques such as Ultrasonic, Digital Radiography, Shearography, Thermography, GHz and THz, and X-Ray Computed Tomography.
- Advanced hands-on experience in Ultrasonic Phased Array technology or Terahertz is a must.
- Experience in NDT of composite materials for Energy, Oil, & gas, and/or Hydrogen is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional technological skills.
- Proficiency in the execution of technical projects.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
