**Responsibilities**:

- Expedite purchase orders and contracts to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain status updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
- Assist in vendor selection and evaluation process.
- Support the procurement team in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations is preferred.
