Responsible to Operate Bob Cat to remove, Clean Hot & cold slag which was drain over flow from EAF & fell under both the furnace in slag pit area and need to clean & dump cold slag at designated dumping Area in safe manners.
- Removing Hot & cold Slag under the Pit area is sole responsibility of Bob Cat Operator and follow the shift Foreman planning for the daily shift Jobs and well informed to shift reliever about Equipment condition.
- Cleaning waste materials from job sites in order smooth operation in slag handling department.
- Clean dust, Production raw material small particles, garbage Inside plant, SMS area & Roads by using Bobcat with Brush, while operating and keeping equipment in safe environment.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures & Load / unload materials instruction manual.
- Daily Check and inspect Bob Cat Mobile equipment condition prior operation and report if equipment breakdown to shift foreman or Inform concerned authorities for any abnormalities during the shift Operation.
- Follow & comply with standard Operating procedures of Bob Cat, follow Site Safety Observation SOP’s, and follow Company Safety rules regulations & use PPE while working in the plant.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
- Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
