مسؤول السلامة هو مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة برامج السلامة في مكان العمل. يضمنون أن يتم اتباع جميع لوائح السلامة ومعايير الصناعة وأن العاملين في مكان العمل محميون من الإصابات.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة برامج السلامة في مكان العمل
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتحليلها وإعداد خطط السلامة
- التحقيق في الحوادث وتحديد أسبابها ووضع تدابير وقائية
- تدريب العاملين على سلامة العمل
- مراقبة بيئة العمل وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة
- الإشراف على عمليات الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات
- إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أنشطة السلامة

المهارات والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في السلامة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال السلامة
- معرفة جيدة بقوانين ومعايير السلامة
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والكتابة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
