Senior Business Analyst - Real Estat

A- Responsibilities:
1- Data analysis: The Senior Business Analyst collects and analyzes data related to real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. They leverage this information to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the company's real estate investment decisions. This involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing financial data, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

2- Financial modeling: The Senior Business Analyst develops financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility of real estate investment projects. They create projections, perform sensitivity analysis, and assess the financial returns and risks associated with different scenarios. Their financial models serve as a critical tool for decision-making and investment strategy planning.

3- Investment strategy: Based on their analysis and financial modeling, the Senior Business Analyst contributes to formulating the company's real estate investment strategy. They work closely with the executive team to identify investment opportunities, analyze their potential value, and recommend investment strategies to achieve the company's objectives. This includes assessing market conditions, conducting risk assessments, and developing investment criteria.

4- Due diligence: The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in conducting due diligence for potential real estate investments. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant information, assess legal and financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Their due diligence process helps ensure that the company makes informed investment decisions and mitigates potential risks.

5- Reporting and presentations: The Senior Business Analyst prepares comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings, recommendations, and investment opportunities to stakeholders and the executive team. They present complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, making it accessible to non-technical audiences.

B- Requirements:
1- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.

2- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a related role, with a focus on real estate investments. Experience in financial modeling, market research, and due diligence is essential.

3- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to gather and interpret complex financial and market data. Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, ARGUS) and data analysis tools is required.

4- Real estate industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, investment strategies, regulations, and financial metrics. Familiarity with different types of real estate assets (residential, commercial, industrial) is desired.

5- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex information and insights to stakeholders and executives. Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor communication to various audiences.

6- Problem-solving ability: Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, analyze data, and recommend strategic solutions. Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.

7- Attention to detail: Meticulousness in data analysis, financial modeling, and report preparation. Ability to identify and address potential errors or inconsistencies.

8- Teamwork: Collaboration and teamwork skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate open communication.

**Requirements**:
