Courier Mecca

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier to join our team at Makkah Station. As a Courier, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages and documents to designated destinations within the Makkah area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up packages and documents from designated locations within Makkah Station.
- Ensure packages and documents are securely stored and organized for delivery.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages.
- Deliver packages and documents to designated recipients within the Makkah area.
- Obtain recipient signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing recipient inquiries or concerns.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for vehicle couriers.
- Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Makkah streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry packages up to a certain weight limit.
- Clean driving record and background check.

Note: This position may require working on weekends and holidays, as necessary.
