Estimation Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for padel court, wellness, and sports flooring projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive cost estimates.
- **Technical Submittals**:

- Prepare and review technical submittals for projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary documentation and certifications for submittals.
- Ensure all technical submittals are submitted in a timely manner and track their approval status.
- **2D and 3D Modeling**:

- Create and review 2D and 3D models of projects using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Develop walkthroughs and visual presentations to assist in project planning and client presentations.
- Ensure models are accurate and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Project Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers for padel court, wellness, and sports flooring materials and equipment.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stay updated on new products and technologies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings and site visits.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing accurate cost estimates and technical information.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, technical submittals, and project sourcing.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Experience in the sports flooring industry, specifically in padel courts and wellness projects, is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of successful project estimates and technical submittals.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
