**Duties & Responsibilities:
- He should have atleast 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing of various types of Shaker Screens.
- Should have knowledge of QA/QC standards required for screen manufacturing.
- To help in overseeing & managing screen manufacturing process on shopfloor.
- Provide hands-on support to his assembler whenever needed.
- Handle technical issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensure all equipment’s are in good working condition.
- Perform daily check on all equipment prior to commence operation.
- Report to his direct report any technical issues encountered.
- Ensure the production quality is continually enhanced.
- Develop, train and motivate the assembler to ensure consistently high standards of performance and effectiveness
- Ensure highest standards are followed and actively promote HSE.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and no unnecessary risks are taken which might cause injury to personnel or damage to company property.
- Maintain a good housekeeping in the area.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Ability to operate all types of equipment’s use for screen manufacturing
- Ability to investigate and determine the problem on process.
