**A quick overview**:
In this role, you will manage the inventory control system, attend counter customers, identify parts, execute delivery, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings and make recommendations for improvement if necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring the inventory remains accurate, re-stock supplies, and assisting in maintaining inventory records.

**Your key duties**:

- Greet and attend to customers' inquiries on parts requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to update all sales data and customer data in the system.
- Confers with supervisor to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
- Audit the store inventory for official store records.
- Maintain accurate logs of all products and supplies.
- Check and verify actual store inventory against system records.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory records to the store manager.
- Coordinate picking and arranging the materials for delivery.
- Assist in Receiving store deliveries.
- Assist in unloading inventory from the delivery truck.
- Documentation of all delivery and inventory receipts.
- Use inventory software to keep track of receipts, supplies, and returns.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean and well organized.
- Move and restructure the warehouse to make ample space for accommodating new inventory.
- Review shipping and receive the documents for accuracy.

**Some must-haves**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Excellent Computation skills.
- Knowledge of machinery and parts would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in time management and working with mínimal supervision.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
