**Responsibilities**:
1. Primary Care Services: Deliver primary care services to individuals and families across all age groups. This includes conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and managing overall health conditions.

2. Preventive Care: Promote preventive healthcare practices and offer guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This may involve vaccinations, health screenings, and counseling on nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention.

3. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients using medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat various health conditions. Qualifications:
