**Your new role, what's involved?**
- **Project Leadership**:

- Lead and manage transportation design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions in line with industry best practices.
- Role will be focused on ability to handle projects and delivery.
- **Design Expertise**:

- Demonstrate expertise in road design schemes, future mobility, and possess strong skills in both concept and detailed design.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to design teams, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- **Client Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- **Middle East Experience**:

- Utilize extensive project management experience in the Middle East to navigate regional nuances and regulatory frameworks.
- Leverage local knowledge to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 10-18 years of professional experience in Transportation.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in transportation design projects in the Middle East.
- Expertise in road sign schemes, future mobility, and proficiency in concept and detailed design.
- Focus on delivery to clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
