**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the design and construction process for restaurant fit-out projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress, quality, and safety of work performed by a contractor
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status and issues to stakeholders
- Resolve project-related issues and escalate as necessary

**What Are We Looking For**:

- 5+ years experience in design/project delivery experience in the retail/F&B industry
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Procore
- Good understanding of construction contracts, and leases able to interpret drawings and specifications.
- A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle is required

Additional Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to project management, construction, and restaurant fit-outs.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, is a plus.
