Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify potential risks.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on QHSE matters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of QHSE management systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain records of QHSE activities, including audits, inspections, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Prepare and submit QHSE reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to QHSE.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in QHSE regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of Saudi Nationality.
- Proven experience as a QHSE Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems and industry standards.
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
