**Position Overview**

A Motion and Graphics Designer is a creative professional responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animation for various media, including digital advertising and social media. This role combines graphic design, animation, and video editing skills to produce dynamic visual content that communicates messages effectively and engages the audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animations for social media campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
- Optimize media for various social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reach.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of viral marketing campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion and Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or social media environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics, animations, and video projects.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and what content works best on each.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating content for the insurance or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation.
- Ability to write compelling video scripts and copy.
