Director, Mill & Delivery Planning W/M for one of the biggest Manufacturing Industry actor based in GCC zone

Key Responsibilities

Managing & Directing the preparation of Yearly Production Budget.

Managing & Directing the preparation of Monthly Plan & Daily schedule.

Presenting Deviation analysis & Actions to mitigate.

Co-ordinate & lead the entire supply Chain process from Enquiry receipt till delivery.

Working in team & Provide actionable inputs to all Parallel Stake holder. (Procurement, S & M, Operations, Finance, Logistics).

Effective co-ordination with Sales Marketing for client deliveries.

Effective utilization of plant equipment’s in order to meet the budgeted objectives.

Co-ordination with Process, Quality, HRM, CS & Finishing lines.

Managing the fourth process (Recovery) in order to expedite deliveries.

Defining & Managing Inventory Levels (For Blooms, WIP, FP).

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production) / or any other relative business equivalent

Management degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in Similar industry or equivalent,

**Soft Skills**: through & in-depth knowledge of Process of Seamless tube making for API products,

API - ASTM specification & ability to interpret, excellent Supply chain analytical skills with strong capabilities to forecast, plan, manage resources, excellent co-ordination

Communication skills with all the parallel stake holder (Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance & Logistics)

Decision making ability based on conceptual understanding of the phenomena in similar industry & impact on the business

Ability to lead a cross functional team & technical specialist, ability to train, guide & manage a multicultural Team

Familiar with best practices of Planning & Scheduling, management skills, good communication, analytical and presentation skills, computer literate

MS Office (advance Excel, SAP knowledge / any reputed ERP.

Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the HSE-IMS.

Demonstrate Leadership and Commitment with respect to HSE-IMS.

Addressing Risk and Opportunity for the Continual Improvement of Company HSE Performance.

Developing action plan and provision of Support for the attainment of Company Core HSE Objectives.

Identifying hazards and mitigating the Risk that impact HSE Performance.
