**About this Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Managed Service (MS) Delivery Manager; do you want to join us? In this role, you will secure delivery performance in alignment with the business case and managed service targets. You will be responsible to secure the quality and cost of the services delivered from their delivery unit either global or local in accordance to the expected levels agreed in the Working Level Agreements (WLA) and handle service performance requirements (global benchmark and targets). You will need to understand and act upon the end to end delivery performance even when the delivery is fragmented, thru a proper coordination with a MS Delivery Manager responsible for other parts of the delivery.

**What will you do**:

- Ability to manager 30+ resources in terms of training, skills development and negotiations with different departments and agencies
- Experience in managing managed services resources as per customer requirements
- Ability to define the resources’ goals and responsible for resources’ performance management
- Responsible for securing required resources with needed skillsets and experience
- Manage the creation and promotion of managed services offerings to customers, in order to achieve substantial growth through innovative business
- Managing and allocating required trainings for the resources along with clear development plan
- Manage the ML, AI and automation for data analytics, to an existing service and driving actions through the delivery flows.
- Manage business requirements and stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful execution including high-level solutions design activities and initiatives.
- Manage communications and collaboration with relevant functions within Ericsson, ensuring that suitable products and solutions are being developed and offered to customers.

**What will you bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and line management within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in designing solutions, developing end to end automation product, data analysis and generating required statistics
- Experience in Different DB integration with different planforms
- Experience in Change management tools and tools used for tracking activities
- Experience in developing tools for alarms monitoring
- Ability to work with different DBMS both SQL and noSQL.
- Excellent experience with API developing using Node JS.
- experience with Mobile development using different native and hybrid languages.
- Having the ability to analyse problems/requirements and provide solution in efficient ways.
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills with a proven ability to develop and implement effective portfolio and delivery strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
