Purpose of the Role:

- Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.
- Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create detailed BIM models for MEP elements using software like Revit, AutoCAD MEP, etc.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP models into project designs.
- Generate accurate construction documentation derived from MEP BIM models.
- Ensure MEP BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Manage revisions to reflect MEP design changes and as-built conditions.
- Provide guidance on MEP BIM processes and tools to project team members.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MEP-specific BIM Software.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
