- Ensure all technical information is available when required for the delivery of design and/or construction.
- Monitor subcontracts and subcontractors.
- Implement engineering systems, documentation and control by compliance with H&S legislation, Company and industry standards.
- Direct and supervise planning of construction activities on site.
- Promote forward thinking and strives for engineering excellence.
- Manage the performance of all team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Construction.

**Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude)**:

- Good knowledge of construction sequences and methods
- Capacity to manage and control Health and Safety
- Good Organizational Skills
- Good Communication and report writing skills
- Good Leadership Skills
