Responsibilities:

- Respond swiftly and calmly to Security and Loss Prevention situations as they arise, based on the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager
- Support the on-site leadership team as the primary security contact and has the ability to offer guidance based upon the Physical Security Standards
- Report all unusual events to the Loss Prevention Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and direction to the contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security/Loss Prevention department
- Develop specific knowledge of the various operational process paths within the FC to identify loss prevention exposures, as well as being able to effectively conduct investigation
- Monitor the Fulfillment Center for compliance of company Security and Loss Prevention policies and responding to any Security or Loss Prevention issues noted
- Perform various Loss Prevention inspections, audits and investigations as required
- Use the information gathered to complete detailed computer based incident reports
- Capable of learning and using company tools for data gathering for investigative purposes and data analysis
- Ability to work and travel as required by the business needs, including weekends and various shifts
- Conduct new hire orientation and training for Security Officers

Qualifications:

- Czech, English (written and spoken), German language optional
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Security Services
- Minimum of three years experience
- Ability to handle confidential information
