The role requires a strategic business partner, leading the development and standardization and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, organizational development to ensure bench of highly potential talent The position provides technical expertise and advice to senior management on identifying and solving HR related issues As the business is seeing aggressive positive movement the need of the hour is to have an Human Resources professional with excellent business understanding and has the following abilities.and there is a reason why.. The role of the HR Head will be to provide best practice Employee Relations Advice and support to employees and Managers. Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.
