**Experience Details**:
**He/She is responsible **for a**ll **aspects **of **supervising, supporting and **developing **a team of **designers **and **developer **to **deliver **an outstanding **customer focused **solutions. **This includes KAUST permanent and **contracting **resources **onsite and **from **remote **locations.****:
**He/She will work with Project Managers, Architects/Designers, Analyst Programmers, **Systems **Analysts, Testers, Business **Analysts **and other **individuals/parties **to ensure **development requirements **are **fully documented and **agreed; **that **all **defined IT development policies, procedures and **standards are **followed; **and **that development **act**iviti**es are de**liver**ed **within **agreed****:
**timescales, of high quality **and are **fit for purpose.**

**Role**:
Operational:
Defines Solution department projects, which support the organization objectives and plans, ensures that senior management is both aware of and able to provide the required resource
- Contributes effectively to improving solutions development processes within the organization justified by measurable business bene fits
- Facilities availability and optimum utilization of resources especially in agile projects
- Monitors and reports and on the progress of development projects. Ensuring that projects and carried out in accordance with agreed standers. Methods and procedures (including secure software development)
- Applies secure development improvement practices
- Develop. Priorates and monitor short long terms SAP functional improvement plan for Human Resources ( SAP HR ), Academic (SAP SLCM), Reports (SAP BO/BI), SAP BPM, SAP IDM, Documents and custom developed solution and align it with enterprise ap plication initiatives
- Specifies and designs large or complex systems. Selects appropr iat e design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are app lied effectively.
- Reviews others' systems designs to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology.
- Contributes to policy for se lection of architecture components. Evaluates and undertakes impact analysis on major design options and assesses and manages associated risks. Ensures that the system design balances functional, service quality, security and systems management requirements.
- Sets local or team-based standards for programming tools and techniques, including security guidelines, and the selection of appropriate development methods.
- Takes technical responsibility for all stages and/or iterations in a software development pro ject, providing method specific technical adv ice and guidance to project stakeholders.
