**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and report vulnerabilities and weaknesses, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for remediation.
- Develop, document, and improve penetration testing methodologies and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure coding practices and security protocols are followed.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends related to penetration testing and cybersecurity.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Penetration Tester or Cybersecurity Engineer focusing on penetration testing.
- Proficiency with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and Nessus.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CPT are preferred and will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
