Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all Network Devices such as Routers, firewalls, Servers, Computers, IP PBX, IP Phones, CCTV, wireless Access Points, etc..
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), computer workstations, and connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity, DNS and DHCP server.
Configure and manage Door Access, Biometric Attendance device.
Enroll Employees into attendance machine, upload Attendance to ERP and assign Employees to Door Access Cards.
Configure Desktop, Laptop, Printers, scanners & Outlook
Setup Network shared folder in File server (NAS), Assigned User Access permission for Shared folders, Backup fileserver to cloud.
Manage Active Directory Domain Server, Creating Domain users, GPO,DNS, etc...
Install telephone lines, Fax, internet, etc.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Backup configuration of Network devices such as firewall, PBX, Access control, core switch, etc...
Liaising with vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources.
Request and maintain inventory of toners for Printers.
Update IT Assets and its transactions.
Assist/Support Users Who need IT related Assistance.
Assist Purchasing Department to purchase IT related purchases.
Give site support when project team need.
Technical (network and IT related) assistance to SAP implementation.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
