Expediter Coordinator

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Posizione**:
Check the Supplier Control Plan in cases in which the project involves such activities;
Arrange e participate to meeting and visit c/o Vendors’ premises;
Assure the correct document flow process during the review and approval phases between Engineering/SICIM/Suppliers;
Assure the technical communication between SICIM and Vendors and the correct flow of all the processes involved;
Coordinating the workshop inspection notifications between Suppliers/Client/TPI:
Desk expediting the production schedule, monitoring the fabrication phases and collecting the feedback information from the vendors.

Checking the certification documentation required to cover the approved Quality Control Plan;
Filing the documentation / sending a copy to the Worksite as provided for in the contract updating the Weekly Inspection Table and the Weekly Expediting Table

Support in the Final Evaluation of the Supply;
Auditing the Supplier and/or managing relations with Third Party Certification Bodies for this activity, when required, and checking the activities performed by the same.

Coordinate shop visits for direct participation

Visit the vendors Workshop day by day

MANDATORY Previous experience in Saudi Aramco Procedures/Project

**Requisiti**:
Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering Discipline

MUST have experience working in EPC O&G industrial and/or Power Plant and/or Petrochemical before.

MANDATORY Previous experience in Saudi Aramco Procedures/Project

Minimum 7 years overall experience in similar role, preferably in EPC environment

Familiar with project equipment/material for major components/ usage

Work efficiently under pressure

Ability to prioritize independently

Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and supervision of established procedures

Ability to achieve the target within given time

Decisive, perceptiveness, dependability in carrying out the area assignments, responsive, flexible, analytical and organized with systematic work approach

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
