**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ø Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into the accounting system.

Ø Verify and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Ø Maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts and posting journal entries.

Ø Review and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.

Ø Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Ø Investigate and resolve discrepancies between the bank and accounting records.

Ø Process vendor invoices, ensure appropriate approvals, and schedule payments.

Ø Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

Ø Generate and send customer invoices.

Ø Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

Ø Handle foreign exchange transactions and related documentation.

Ø Maintain Forex records and reconcile Forex accounts.

Ø Monitor exchange rate fluctuations and their impact on financials.

Ø Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ø Prepare and analyze various financial reports as needed.

Ø Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Ø Process employee reimbursements and ensure proper documentation.

Ø Organize and maintain financial records, documents, and supporting files.

Ø Ensure documentation is complete and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

Ø Ensure adherence to accounting principles and relevant regulations.

Ø Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Ø Provide insights to management regarding financial performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Ø Previous experience in accounting or a related role is preferred.
