**Job Purpose**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment by following the Company’s SHEM’s procedure.
- Analyze process control performance to identify stability opportunities.
- Report process control performance to Manager.
- Train ‘run and maintain’ teams in process control.
- Support PMT in improving process control performance and inform of changes to existing control schemes if necessary.
- Capture value from the process unit operations by encouraging to operate closure to constraints.
- Maintain stable operations by stabilizing the performance of process control loops. Product and/or waste emissions.
- Maintain stable operations by stabilizing the performance of process control loops.
- Pre‐commissioning, Commissioning and start‐up support to operations.
- Groom young control engineers and monitor their progress, and act mentor engineer to develop them and validate their progress on continuous basis

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree on chemical engineering or equivalent,

Minimum 5 years of related experience in petrochemicals industry.
