**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials and inspect them, reconciling with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Process documentation related to purchase orders, including reports and discrepancies on received orders.
- Maintain an organized inventory system, stocking materials according to prescribed guidelines.
- Enter and extract specified information or data using standard codes and databases.
- Perform basic analyses using standardized formulas on the materials under supervision.
- Prepare daily stock reports for further analysis by senior team members.
- Ensure the availability of new stocks and marketing materials before new promotions begin.
- Follow up with other business areas to ensure accurate records and smooth Materials Management processes.
- Assist in developing new logistics and materials management processes and procedures to meet changing customer requirements.
- Produce management and ad hoc reports that provide insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and monitor progress on small projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores in a neat and orderly manner.
- Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all warehouse and physical movements follow company procedures.
- Control all shipment documents and customer acknowledgments.
- Match inventory movements with system transactions on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and materials management.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, analysis, and use of relevant software.
- Knowledge of logistics and materials management best practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes.
- minimum 8 years experience required

**Managerial Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the achievement of the sector's strategic objectives by coordinating direct reports' performance.
- Set section goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with individual goals for direct reports.
- Oversee the ongoing development of section employees and guide direct reports' activities.
- Monitor the overall performance of direct reports based on communicated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
