Quick Brief:
**We are Looking for A photographer that is experienced with making video & photo sessions for products, scenarios, etc. - as in a marketing agency, In Addition to capturing and editing moments to tell the story of the company’s products and brand.**

Establish quality and standards benchmark for asset capture

Manages and leads day to day workings of NAQI

Lead and oversee all aspects of photography for NAQI (footwear, apparel laydown, and on-model...)

Ensure all product is stylized and captured to the highest quality and standard

Ideate, strategize, and implement on seasonal styling direction in collaboration with Creative Director

Maintains and updates process and documentation to ensure visual consistency and styling quality

Collaborates with marketing partners to translate creative vision, define expectations, standards, quality, timelines and deadlines

Reviews current processes, follows styling trends, and processes

Sources, organizes and manages inventory on all props, sets, and backgrounds

Plan, book, and manage, any freelance needs to cover additional production needs

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

3+ years product photo experience

At least 2 years’ managing a photography studio

Retail or Brand photography/styling experience preferred

Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task, and participate in a team-based planning

Flexible. Work under tight deadlines and changing priorities
