Experience: 10-12 years (L3)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Azure solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for Azure-related projects, providing expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, assess existing Azure deployments, and recommend best practices for optimization and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and secure Azure architectures.
- Design and implement Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Configure and deploy Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Develop automation scripts and templates using PowerShell, ARM templates, or Azure CLI to streamline deployment and management tasks.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues within Azure environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay updated on Azure product updates, new features, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to our environment.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to enhance Azure skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Developer Associate are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure solutions in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of Azure services and capabilities across compute, storage, networking, security, identity, and management.
- Proficiency in Azure infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and technologies such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN, ExpressRoute, and network security groups.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex Azure-related issues and drive resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in Azure cloud technologies.
