IT Engineer

**Career Opportunity - IT Support Engineer / Technician - Riyadh, KSA.**

**Transferrable Iqama Required.**

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
Troubleshoot system, network and software problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Replace parts as required.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Test new software follow test case.

**Skill / Knowledge**:
Basic Networking: IP addressing, basic router, switches and equipment configuration.
Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 configuration abilities.
Linux basic commands.
Virtual Environment experience (Oracle VM preferred).
Web access, maintenance, shutdown/power on VMs, etc.
PC Cloning abilities (Linux & Windows)
DDBB advanced user. (Known of SQL language, database query, etc.)
Any testing reporting tool.
Knowledge of Software transfer, SFTP, SSH, etc.
Experience with hardware maintenance.
Own car.

**Education**:
**Diplomas Required**: Computer, electronic, mechanical engineer or technician.

**Professional Experience**:
At list 2 years in basic IT Knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
