Project Accountant

**Sahl Al-Tal** Contracting Company is looking for a detail-oriented team player with a Construction Accounting Background. Project Accountants are responsible for organizing and processing all on-going daily accounting activities associated with a construction project.
Job Duties
- Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for the project.
- Manage petty cash and fulfil small requisitions.
- Manage all accounting related functions for the project.
- Process sub-contractor payments accurately and within assigned timeline.
- Reviewing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, progress payments and review change orders.
- Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.
- Review and approve time sheets and assist with payroll for work related to the project.
- Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods.
- Manage stock and reconcile with data storage system.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Strong command of English is a must.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is a must.
- Experience in working with ERP software is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
