As a Comi Bakery, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bakery

operations and ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods.

Working under the supervision of the Head Baker, you will assist in

various tasks, including ingredient preparation, baking, decorating,

packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in the bakery area. Your attention

to detail and commitment to maintaining standards of excellence will

contribute to the success of Comi Bakery in delivering delicious and

visually appealing products to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ingredient preparation: You may be required to measure and prepare a variety of ingredients, such as flour, butter, sugar, yeast, spices, fruits, nuts, and others.
- Mixing and fermenting: You will combine the ingredients and knead them properly to produce the desired dough. You will be
- responsible for achieving an even distribution of ingredients and controlling the fermentation process to achieve excellent results.
- Shaping the products: You will shape the fermented and soft dough according to specified recipes and specifications. You will work towards achieving distinctive shapes and appearances for the baked goods.
- Baking and toasting: You will be responsible for placing the products in the oven and monitoring the baking and toasting process to ensure perfect results. You should consider the appropriate time and temperature for each type of product.
- Decorating and garnishing: After baking, you will decorate and garnish the baked goods with creativity and precision, using chocolate, cream, colored sugar, fresh fruits, or any other ingredients that complement the recipe.
- Cleanliness and food safety: You must comply with high cleanliness standards and food safety regulations while working in the bakery. You should maintain cleanliness in the work area and tools and follow the required hygiene procedures.

**Salary**: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
