**General Overview**:
Our client, A leading Insurer in KSA are looking to hire a Senior Director - Product Management (P&C) to spearhead end-to-end product strategies for their retail and non-retail products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of the function’s annual plan, budget, objectives and initiatives in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives and set KPIs.
- Manage the function’s operations and activities within budget and identify strategies that result in a positive financial impact.
- Guide the development of Retail and Non-Retail product management strategy, policies & standards, and align targets and objectives with the organisation’s long-term vision.
- Develop P&C annual marketing plan in collaboration with CEX & Marketing and ensure its effective implementation.
- Work with Sales for the development of necessary Sales Pitch material, viz., brochures, presentations, etc. for large clients and prospects.
- Lead product development/enhancement based on defined potential target customers, sales strategy and channels, competitive advantage, pricing guidelines in line with Actuarial, return on investment, etc.
- Endorse feasibility studies and business cases to select products that create exceptional customer value, generate long-term competitive advantage, and deliver profitability.
- Oversee product offering portfolio to ensure that Retail and Non-Retail products support the company’s overall strategy, goals, and growth objectives.
- Oversee product life cycle from design to testing and roll-out in alignment with Property and Casualty strategy and product management guidelines to generate products with maximized advantage.
- Direct product filing and documentation activities to secure needed approvals from internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee product system integration and launching in collaboration with concerned functions ensuring minimized business disruption.
- Provide recommendations and ensure proper product decommissioning at the end of its lifecycle in alignment with specified guidelines.
- Lead the development of product marketing strategies in line with product objectives and the company brand.
- Oversee product marketing roadmaps and campaign briefs (events calendar, timeline, purpose, most suitable sales channel, target audience) ensuring alignment with CEX and Marketing and monitor performance to lead improvements.
- Lead improvements devised from research and data analytics of products, customers, competitors, new trends, market, and competitor response, etc.
- Ensure product portfolio is continuously enhanced by implementing improvement plans developed from product metrics, KPIs, and shortfalls.
- Oversee product reports that deal with product major issues/weaknesses and leverage product strengths.
- Guide implementation of needed improvements/corrective actions in coordination with concerned stakeholders to enhance future product management strategies.
- Lead the development of the function’s policies, processes and procedures to increase productivity, attain high-quality outputs, and cost-effective results in line with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage the function’s activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies, procedures, and processes, and address escalated non-compliance cases.
