The post holder will be part of the Cellular Pathology management, leadership team and clinical teams, taking the lead role in the management and development of the Ophthalmic Pathology service.

**Duties**
- The provision of a first class clinical service
- Effective leadership to all staff engaged in the specialty
- Sustaining and developing teaching and research
- Conducting clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Hospital

**Salary**

Negiotable
- MD from a recognised school
- Board certification Specialization in Anatomic/Surgical Pathology
- Experience or certification in Clinical Pathology (preferred)
- Experience in Ophthalic Pathology and/or Neuropathology (preferred)
- One year fellowship in Ophthalmic Pathology (desirable)
- At least three (3) years working experience after specialization/boards/CCT
- Administrative experience in running a laboratory or training in Clinical Pathology (desirable)
- Must qualify to be classified as a Consultant by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
