**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and cost plans for civil and marine construction projects
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards
- Review contracts and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and present financial reports to project stakeholders and senior management
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing and selecting vendors and contractors
- Conduct regular cost audits and risk assessments
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost-related matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil and marine industry
- Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using cost estimation and management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and financial analysis
